Trifecta Capital Group was founded in 2018 and operates in Los Angeles, California with investment focus in the Arizona and Texas marketplace. To date, the partners at Trifecta Capital have owned and managed portfolio of Commercial and Single-Family properties across the nation for over a decade, and have expanded our expertise into the Multifamily asset class.
WHAT WE DO
At Trifecta Capital Group, we have proven track record of creating value through renovating, rebranding, and repositioning our multifamily investment properties. We buy existing cash flow-positive, high quality, well-located properties in markets with strong multifamily fundamentals, employment growth and population growth. We personally invest significant capital into each investment property alongside our investors. Our end goal is to create a comfortable and living environment for our tenants while generating passive income through monthly or quarterly rental income and profits from sales for our investors.

TCG also operates in Texas marketplace. We focus on B and C class apartment communities with value-add opportunities with strong cash flow that can be stabilized within the projected timeline.
