Stan is the Founder and Managing Partner at Trifecta Capital Group, where he’s focused on the overall strategic directions of the company. Stan’s interest for real estate investing began in 2009, when he purchased his first single family home rental property, scaled over the years and self-managed. Throughout his investing journey and to date, he has accumulated a rental portfolio of single family, manufactured homes and over 2300 multifamily units in California, Arizona, Texas, Alabama, Florida, Indiana and North Carolina as a Limited Partner and Co-GP in multifamily and other asset classes.

Stan has a background in Tech and has served in a wide range of industries from banking, retail, biotech and a stint in Silicon Valley for a tech startup and as of recent, in a leadership capacity responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the domain. He is married with two kids and reside in Los Angeles, California. Outside of professional life, he spends his time with his family, and because of his wife’s passion for culinary, Stan is also an investor in the hospitality venture.

Denny is a Managing Partner at Trifecta Capital Group with focus on the underwriting, deal structuring, acquisition, and capital sourcing. His passion for real estate and investing has allowed him to amass a portfolio of over 3,000 units in Arizona, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia and Florida as well as limited partnerships in hotel, mobile home parks, commercial NNN retail, and office deals. Denny is passionate about sharing his knowledge of achieving financial independence through passive income investing.

Denny has a professional background as a Software Architect for multiple fortune 500 companies where he was responsible for taking customer feature requests from concept to market. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Southern California and received his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Denny also holds CA Real Estate License, and in his spare time, he enjoys golf, auto racing, snowboarding, and his saltwater fish-tank.

STRATEGIC ADVISORS

Jenny is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures, which was established to help individuals achieve their financial goals through passive investing in real estate. As one of the Founders, she currently oversees Asset Management and Investor Relations. She focuses on Business Strategy and execution of the business plan as well as managing relationships and communications with investors.

Steven is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures, where he is responsible for acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building key strategic partnerships. As the founder of Vertical Street Ventures, he focuses his time on revenue-generating activities for the firm through Multifamily real estate acquisitions.
